The front desk lady who check me in I believe she was asian but not sure but she was just a breath of fresh air she was super helpful and very sweet it was as if I walk in and was wright at home she greeted me with such professionalism as well I wish I had got her name she deserves a promotion I will definitely be staying again and telling all my friends thank you so much Zmotel

It was a great stay but there was a private party in the building on my second night and they lasted music, I was on the 11th floor and it woke me up and kept me up. Otherwise I enjoyed it a lot. They recently re opened so you can definitely tell. Traces of paint and drywall are everywhere. Lots of construction still it seems.

The bed were extremely small... I changed rooms and the heat did not work at all. I tried to take a hot shower and the fire alarm went off. I hand ni choice but to leave to another place.

In terms of amenities - I would recommend the rooms to have at least a hot water kettle so that someone can make tea. Staff was great, but we had trash from house cleaning outside our room near the elevators on Saturday and Sunday The room design - leaves a lot to be wanted. We could hear our next door neighbour’s TV until 2am. The washroom design had. The door is frosted, so no privacy, if you are sharing the room with anyone they can hear you use the washroom. It’s so uncomfortable. There is no way to lock the washroom. Anytime you shower, water falls out. There is no where to hang your clothes or towel in the washroom. There is no place to put a hand towel in the vanity. Cleanliness- there was food in fridge when we first checked into the room. The chair in the room was dirty and the shower walls were dirty. Overall it felt like a subpar experience.
