I wish I had known about this hotel a long time ago. What an amazing stay. Breakfast was included, they have a great gym, a business center, and there was free popcorn, coffee, and hot chocolate in the lobby. Everyone was kind and welcoming. There is also security around the clock, which made me feel very safe. The room was clean and comfortable. There was also a wonderful assortment of cable channels and streaming options. As a mom of two boys under 11, this spot was perfect for us. The only downside was Sunday breakfast around 8:15 a.m. It was packed. There were no seats and the elevators were slow. Keep in mind that breakfast is shared by both connected hotels, so be prepared for longer lines for food and elevators during the weekend. I would suggest going down early when breakfast first opens. The next day I went down at 6:00 a.m., everything was fresh and there was plenty of seating. Other than that, this stay was truly a 10 out of 10. There is a convenience store right on the corner and a food truck out front if you want something quick to eat. They even have a bar with happy hour and $6 and $7 drinks. I would recommend this place again and again. I really wish I had found it sooner.

It was a great find, room was clean, bed was comfy. Only 10 min walk to the subway, and 15/20 min to most attractions in mid-Manhattan. It is one of the few hotels that includes a delicious breakfast. I recommend it, it is sort of a 4* hotel, only thing is located in an sketchy area, but i had no issues walking the 10 minutes to and from the subway. It's also way better than many accommodations in Mid Manhattan. Great value, clean, and convenient.

Let me start off by saying the room was clean, the amenities were great ( hot chocolate station and gym even popcorn was awesome. Ok let me get to the good stuff. My husband is type2 diabetic we had a wonderful night out and just wanted to get straight to our room for him to take his medication and drink something because he felt sick and his sugar was very low We get back to the hotel at 11 pm and the elevators were broke all three of them, we were on the 11th floor. Heres the kicker I asked for maybe a frieght elevator to assist with getting some of the guest (seniors and disabled) to their room which they said theyve been waiting for hours to get to their rooms. No frieght elevator they then told me to go outside ( in the rain) to go to the emergency staircase (locked and frintdesk has NO KEY, WHAT!!. The young lady at the front desk says to me " Yo the eleveators are broke" no apology no empathy NOTHING. I then say to her how about we start off with, I apologize the elevators are broke and we are doing everything in our power to fix the situation. I explain to her my husband is very sick and NEEDS his medication out of the room. Lets just say that didnt happen. 3 hours later about 2:30 am to 3 am one elevator works. The plot thickens the next morning, try to go downstairs to get breakfast for us again to regulate his sugar for the day and BOOM the elevators are broke AGAIN. I had to walk down 11 flight of stairs to get on the breakfast line which was out the door.

Never again! There was not one staff member that went above and beyond. The neighborhood is scary and the parking situation is horrible. If you need to park you have to pay about 60 dollars to leave your car overnight. That is a rip off because guests at the property should at least get a discount. Will definitely not stay here again.

Small rooms. Bathroom small too. Especially with three kids. Tv didn’t work, remote control only functioned to lower or raise the volume. No housekeeping, not sure if they just come in based on the time of nights your in the hotel. Front desk was good. No parking lot but was able to find off street parking. To save the $50/night. Overall it was ok.

Put a hotel closer to what I asked for not 49 minutes away! I asked for hotel close to jfk and I was sent all the way on the other side of town which was no way close to the jfk which I ask for!!!
