「Checked in to hotel, got wristbands only, no keycard. Carried all luggage to room to find out our wristbands weren’t activated. Had to go back to lobby. King balcony oceanfront, sink and bathroom are separate. Room was nice otherwise. Also, there is no vent in bathroom so using the shower made the room very hot. Front desk doesn’t answer calls from the rooms, had to call from my cellphone for a late checkout as a hilton honors member I got an extra 30min. Went to restaurant there, the wait for...

「Will never stay or recommend this place to any one , xtra charges when we got there and now still trying to charge my card and I am home ! Refuse housekeeping! Everything so expensive u have to even pay to park !」
