「My wife and I wanted to explore the NN region and started with Urbanna at this lovely house. Urbanna is charming and the house has a secluded, yet connected feel to the town. The view in the listing is understated -- it is fabulous. The house was well set up for weekenders and I can't think of anything I would change. This was an October stay, so temps were perfect and humidity was low. We plan to come back if possible!」

「因为第二天上午要带儿子面试学校，下午又要赶机场，所以在入住时提出能否延迟退房，这样可以赶回来换上旅行的装备，前台接待很痛快地说到12点。房间很大，也很舒服，酒店所处位置很好，周边有加油站、超市、餐饮，但房间都非常安静，对于自驾而言，是非常不错的选择。」

「for the price, room was average, service was average. Charged for resort fee (twice) only stayed one night, late fall everything is really not active in the resort so why the fee, restaurant charged $30 for a glass of Chardonnay when there were other options that were never offered by the bartender.」

「The room was never cleaned. There was fecal matter on the toilet. And live and dead roaches on the floor, shower and refrigerator. I went immediately to office to complain and ask for another room. Per A Richard Patel ( female ) she told me they were booked and she can come and clean the room later. I told her if that is your way of cleaning no thanks, so she gave me a bunch of cleaning products and I cleaned myself. Slept with lights on because of the roaches and left the next morning. Got in...

「We felt like we were treated like royalty. Owners couldn't have done any more to make us feel welcome. And the breakfasts delivered to our room were superb. First class experience all around. Highly recommended. 」

「The cabin pictured and advertised on Expedia was NOT what was actually booked. The pictures showed and total different set up including bunk beds and a full bath and kitchen which were not in the actual cabin when we arrived. The pond that’s in the background was not anywhere near the cabin they put us in. The cabin you see on Expedia is not what you actually stay in. 」
