「The balcony was perfect.」

「The cultural inmerse activity is unique and helpful to understand the hawaiian culture. The view from our balcony was pristine, and remind us the reason why we come to Hawaii. Our room was clean and tidy. They gave us water bottles that were handy for our tours and times at the beach. Overall a very beautiful hotel, we wish the room price includes at least a continental breakfast for the guests, that will make it perfect.」

「The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping...

「The property was beautiful and the staff were all so great. It is high season so the one issue I noticed is there is definitely not enough lounge chairs at the pool to accommodate all the people who are staying at the resort. All the hotels are like this actually. Resort should provide chairs to guests free of charge for the beach at the rate you are paying to stay there a night.」

「员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。」
