John was fantastic and waited for me to arrive and helped guide me through the parking to get into the property. Any changes he made he made the effort to contact the massage therapist. The morning breakfast staff was attentive and helpful. Overall I would stay here again, if you are looking for peace, comfortable space and great staff then this is your future location while in Maui.

Amazing stay. The classes were wonderful, the hammocks in the whispering pines were lovely and the pool was amazing. The breakfast had fresh dragonfruit and pineapple, which was out of this world and the other options were delicious.

Magical and away from the crowds

This is a special place with an Old Hawaiaan vibe in an updates setting. The ground are gorgeous. We didn't get to stay long but it's on my list of places to returrn. Excellent breakfast and just so relaxing.

Lumeria it’s such an amazing experience. There is such a Zen feeling when you walk in and the grounds are beautiful. The service is friendly and you feel like you are in another world away from the real world. I would highly recommend the area and I wish I had more time to spend there so we could take some of the classes that they offer during the day… this is a place for refuge and a place to get away from it all!!

The property is awesome, breakfast is very delicious they change it a little bit every day. The place itself is very peaceful, full of nature, exactly what I needed for my trip after busy life. It was very relaxing experience. The cons is that yes the cleanliness is not the best, there was sand in some corners, towels were really old, needing an update. The saddest part was when I was checking out no one gave me a receipt and still don’t know what my card was charged for when I paid here on Expedia everything in advance. I’m contacting the property soon, but it’s very disappointing I don’t even know what exactly I was charged for.

Wellness retreat away from hussle

This is an amazing place if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of regular hotels. Please note that there is no TV in the room which was exactly what I wanted. This is a wellness retreat hotel that offers two classes, a day included in the price of the booking . They range from ukulele lesson, to hula dances, yoga, and chi gong lessons. The breakfast is quite nice, you can pre-order lunch for the next day if you like however the restaurant is only open twice a week at this point. The food at the restaurant is exquisite.

Rooms are very basic and need a deep cleaning. We had a lizard and a dead roach in the middle of the room. Furniture,lamps, door and windows were pretty dusty. Amenities not on a 5 stars level. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the outside areas, very relaxing and quiet. We did not have the time to use the pool or join any calssss.
