「First-class service, recommended to choose to stay」

「We booked for three nights, and we had to change the room the next day. It was too bad. There were ants and even cockroaches in the room, which affected our mood too much.」

「The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping...

「Amazing resort. Welcoming staff. Lots of activities. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms with lots of counter space. The balcony was our favorite space - dining table and four chairs, two comfortable chairs with table and a lounge couch….but the view was the winner…ocean, island of Lanai, whale watching, mountains, plus gorgeous views of the pools and grounds. We loved the poolside bar and grill and had many meals poolside.」

「I rented a two-bedroom unit. The bedrooms and living room were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. The view was great, and the unit itself was spacious and comfortable.」

「The restroom is right next to the bed no space at all. The restroom door has a gap that makes you feel like no privacy. The fridge smelled horrible like they did not clean it. No microwave available anywhere. $40 for self parking but for valet is $45? Like where is the difference in parking I understand charging $30 for self parking but that made no sense.」
