This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach with shopping and dining options close by within walking distance. Only wish the resort had more dining options on site
Amazing beach access. The Maui Brewing company on site is a great dining option and reasonably priced. Lots of shady spots and recliners all around the resort to beat the Maui sun.
Room was very clean and the staff were so friendly!! Close to Whalers village with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Also very easy to get in and out of. Beach was wonderful!! Courtyard had plenty of seating for just relaxing during the day. Overall great resort.
We had an amazing time during our honey moon and loved how close we were to everything. We were walking distance to all the dinners we planned and didn’t even know it! This area was the best and can’t wait to come back :)
Stayed at this beautiful hotel on the beach. Just few minutes from shopping center and lots of restaurants. Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Recommend this place for sure
If you’re looking for a true “aloha” experience and getting yourself immersed in the culture as well as enjoying the beautiful ka’anapali beach..this is the resort for you! The staff was lovely, the on-site amenities and restaurants suited our needs and by the end of the stay we truly felt like “ohana”. Couldn’t have picked a better stay for our honeymoon.
We loved this resort! First time visiting Maui and had a blast. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Given a chance to go back we would stay here every time! We also loved the fact it was close to everything we needed and even walking to Whalers Village
The room was very nice and spacious. We were thankful for the self-service laundry facility while staying for the week. Everyone we met working there was friendly and always helpful.
Loved the property and the staff was friendly and always helpful. Two things that i feel need improving is a complete facelift of the pool and deck, also resort needs a gym if they charge a resort fee.
We loved the location! The beach was right there and with the Maui brewing company being on site made it easy for us to grab a bite to eat and watch a game. Whaler’s Village was a short walking distance away, which was also handy. The culture center and classes were very informative. Definitely will take more classes on a return trip. We loved ale
This hotel is Centrally located, which is nice so you don’t really need a car. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere for dinner. My only complaint about this hotel is the lack of an exercise gym. It really could use a gym and there’s plenty of space for it.
We loved Maui! Outrigger is the perfect location. The breakfast and the brewery on premises is delicious. You can’t beat the sunset from your room or brewery. The day we were leaving we received a blessing and kukui nut lei. We will cherish this lei and look forward to our return. The people of Maui are proud of their heritage and it shows in everything they do. They are an example for all people to follow. God bless them.
First time in Maui and this was a great hotel to stay at. I recommend paying for included breakfast. Great food and helps take off the mental load of trying to figure out what to eat for a meal. The hotel is also super close to Whalers Village which was nice to shop around in. Overall, I had the best experience and would definitely stay here again.
We stayed in a room with a ocean view which was excellent. The room was spacious and very comforable.
Unfortunately, there was a power outage due to hurricane Nolo coming close to the island and there was no power in our rooms for more than 24 hours. The resort took care of its guests by providing breakfast, lunch and dinner free of charge as all restaurants and eating places were closed.
