Having multiple pool options available just steps away from the beach was amazing! The outdoor lobby is the epitome of island paradise and the overall setting is just gorgeous!

Kids enjoyed the pools, there is a severe lack of seating, the price of cabanas are ridiculous after the price of resort. They price gouge every little thing on top of an already pricey stay. We booked ocean view for wife’s birthday, they gave us a chapel room on ground level…which when looking out of room we just saw a big chapel with some ocean on the sides. Overall we will try a different resort next time.

The cleanliness of this hotel is not their top priority nor is their customer service. It’s been over 10 days that we have contacted both of their general managers and have not gotten a response. The valet agents are incredibly rude. The property is beautiful and the spa is wonderful.

Disliked: Staff & service

The property was beautiful with many shops and options for dinner. It is definitely a kid-friendly resort. I would have liked additional options for breakfast being the buffet for 2 adults was over $130.00. I was disappointed in the service received at checkout. The staff argued with me about the checkout time (TV in room displays 12:00 pm) being 11:00. Michelle also argued about the Lu’au experience. She also had housekeeping rush is out of the room. Housekeeping was rude and cold. I will spend the $10,000 at Wailea Beach Resort next door the next time I vacation in Maui.

Dinner at Nobu was amazing! Very friendly staff.
