"We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. "The trip was indeed a nightmare. The room looked like a construction site. The walls were unpainted. The TV in the living room was dropped on the floor with all the cables. (Photos are available on request on our arrival on Wednesday morning. After 3 days of complaining, workmen turned up and sanded and painted the walls while we were guests in the room! "Host very welcoming, room clean and suitable for a family of 3. No problems with a shared bathroom. Only a 5 minute walk to the station, and very easy access to Wembley Park (also helps that you go away from the majority of the crowd in the station when leaving 👍). Would stay again."
