「Friendly staff. Enjoyed complimentary unlimited white coffee, tea and hot Milo. Spacious lobby and relaxing water decorations. Cute cat family and dogs outside. Convenient pool table next door as well as short walk to many eateries and affordable cinema. First room had bed bugs but hotel compensated for it. Hopefully they will get rid of them soon. We were given a nice new room. Beddings very comfortable but limited toiletries available. Overall satisfying.」

「This hotel could be compared to 4-Star Hotels in aspects like hotel personnel service and comfortability. Overall speaking its value for money. Drawbacks were defects were found in the hangers and the room cleaners had threw away my personal belongings like tooth brush and tooth paste.」

「Great hotel to stay at, but would be excellent if the staff can inform me that my car headlight is turn “ON” last night. 」

「The room is big, clean and good view, everything is good, just one thing need to improve. The cotton quilt is not good. And white-cover can't cover cotton quilt. white-cover just put at the top side and down side of quilt. It's let me feel uncomfortable.」

「房间有股味道，应该是没人住的关系。 冷气很冷但是遥控有问题，完全不能调！但是整体还算干净。」

「房間舒服又整潔，洗手間都整潔，但係酒店的wifi比較麻麻。環境舒適對出就有個公園但食市比較少，附近有aeron mall及有M記另外酒店附近有間古文茶比較多款食品選擇可以一試。如果想比較環境清靜可以選擇這間。」

「非常不滿意。加上語言不通。住在103的霉味房三晚。人都要生病了。 浴巾看起來很髒。第三天竟然沒打掃房間。」
