1) Toilet drained extremely slowly, making it impossible to flush toilet paper normally. We had to use the shower spray to break up the paper in order for it to flush.
2) Washbasin faucet was damaged and sprayed water in multiple directions each time it was turned on, soaking the surrounding wall, floor, and even our clothes.
3) One side of the provided pedal trash bin was broken—the lid jammed and would not open when stepping on the pedal.
4) Remote control in the master bedroom was missing its battery cover, causing the batteries to fall out easily.
5) Three out of the five towels provided had a strong, unpleasant odor—similar to that of dirty socks—suggesting they had not been properly laundered.
6) Unpleasant odors—resembling sewage—intermittently rising from floor-level ventilation outlets near the shower area and beside the toilet. The smell was strong and highly discomforting, creating an unhygienic atmosphere.
7) Vending machine inside hotel has no cash changes.
8) Staff stated external supplier is not hotel's rezponsibility and refused to help.
9) Another staff even saying that owning a smartphone means we can make local phonecall ourselves and its our own responsibility to get another sim card to call their supplier on our own.
10) Vending machine supplier requires Malaysian bank account to refund - big inconvenience for foreign guests.
