"The guy at the front desk was super nice and the bed was very comfortable!!"

"Worst 2 nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The pillows felt like bales of hay, no blanket between the cover and top sheet, and the bed was hard as hell. Room would not cool off and the bath towels were small and thin. No shampoo, but plenty of conditioner. Front desk clerk had no personality or smile. I tried to talk to her, but wow! That was difficult. I would not recommend based on my current stay….."
