I go to Dilley to visit my son and the room we got had no iron but the housekeeper went out her way to go find me one . And that’s always a plus for me when a person actually enjoys their job .

Don't recommend!

Dirty rooms. The bed sheets/pillow cases had blood and hairs all over. The shower shelf fell off on its own plus the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. To top it off my daughter found a roach on her while laying on the sofa bed.

Not the best experience

The hotel seemed run down. I was staying for a business trip. As soon as I checked in I had some work to do so I didn’t notice the dirty sheets until I got ready for bed. I called down but they couldn’t send anyone to change my sheets so I had to pack up and move rooms. The location was loud. I was woken up a couple of times during the night to someone honking their horn and slamming doors.

Overall, the experience was excellent from start to finish. The breakfast was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Everything about the stay exceeded expectations and made for a truly enjoyable visit.
