The room was clean. The shower had hot water and good pressure. Great view on the balcony. The staff was amazing. The clerk that checked us in was great and every day staff came around to see if we needed anything. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Yes, the staff was courteous and very friendly. I did make some suggestions. I need handicap parking spaces in spots so you can be close to the ramps. Also, it would be helpful if they had carts to get your luggage to your room other than that, the state was very pleasant and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful room and buildings! Love the stone floors and rustic accents. The dining room/restaurant is lovely. The pool area is very pretty and I love the view over the town. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The front desk in particular was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful - big shout out to Jenny, she is an asset to the team!

This Hillside boutique Hotel is my favorite place to stay when I go to San Antonio to visit my daughter. The rooms are beautiful and the property is amazing.. it would be a great place to relax, unfortunately I didn’t get to spend as much time there as I would have liked, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.!

Great location but cleanliness needs to be stepped up. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, but here's my issue: the bathroom. Shower curtain/liner needed to be washed. It smelled like it had not been changed for a while. This is not acceptable for the price we paid, and I have stayed here before and encountered the same issue, but didn't leave a review.
