"Door didn't latch close properly. Requested non-smoking room but smelled like smoke. Paint was peeling and walls were in need of repairs. Tub was dingy, old, and peeling and frankly, just needed a new one. My son and I didn't bother showering and didn't stay 2nd night."

"The 1st thing is the breakfast was not what you would expect a a Best Western, it was below standard compared to All the the other BW'S, My room was ok the microwave licke as shut down with my food inside, that I had driven and 11/2 to get because we were on My Birthday vacation, we were on the 4th floor with no screen on the windows. Was disappointed in that hotel. The Staff was very nice they even brought me and my hubby a pizza. "
