「The room was felty dirty with a pile of food leftovers on a side table, the mattresses had no sheets or bedding and it had a horrible odor, we didn’t stay, the clerk apologized and said that he wrote a note to you, so I can have a full refund 」

The light bulbs are the dull warm white, not the bright white. Half the time the staff wasn't at the front desk when you needed them. I wouldn't stay there again. 」

「The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. 」

「This place is a nightmare. The advertisement was misleading, and the location was terrible. As soon as we entered the parking lot, we saw a naked woman walking . The pictures on the app were nothing like the reality. The pool was filthy, full of mold, and there was no water at all. It was like a pigsty. 「We stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio and had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. They advertise free breakfast, but both mornings the options were either unavailable or not refilled. On the first day, we were told they were out of bread.
