I was traveling with my 3 kids (8, 2, &1) and wouldn’t be getting there til almost midnight. They assured me it would be set up. It was not. This was a HUGE inconvenience. I then had 3 sleepy kids crying while I tried to set up the pack and play. "

"Gates are locked for entry around the premises so must enter from Valley Hi. Non smoking but smell cigarettes. Water pressure could be better. Water is hot. I felt safe enough. Across from H.E.B. happyface."
