「The 1st thing is the breakfast was not what you would expect a a Best Western, it was below standard compared to All the the other BW'S, My room was ok the microwave licke as shut down with my food inside, that I had driven and 11/2 to get because we were on My Birthday vacation, we were on the 4th floor with no screen on the windows. Was disappointed in that hotel. The Staff was very nice they even brought me and my hubby a pizza. 」

The manager — an older woman at the front desk — couldn’t have been more hostile. The breakfast selection is very poor quality, and they even shut off the lights while people were still eating. 「I was very disappointed with the room first the bath room didn't smell good it smell like pee on the floor and around the bath tub had mold i got two beds the first bed i notice the sheets weren't cleaned the sheet all the way to the bottom ones the room need to be air freshener .The only reason why i book this place it was near to the air force base .They need to improved on the toilet make sure its cleaned properly and check the linens. 」

「The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. 」

「Everything was great including very good quality large bath towels. Not sure why you charge for parking when there is nothing around that would encroach on the properties parking spaces. Ok the parking was less than $5 but then why give out a bag with 2 waters in it at check in. How about free parking and no free water bottles!」
