「Hotel was dirty and the pool was out of service」

「The room was musky and dirty. The air conditioning unit was off so it took a while for the room to get to a relatively comfortable condition. The shower walls had dirty hand marks on them. The towels were yellowish instead of white. Just a poor experience, will never stay there again.」

「Office was closed ,The ladie that was working the front desk had an attitude, like she was being bother by the customer getting yhe room she had dogs inside the office, the room was dirty, the furniture was real old , the sheets old and dirty, the TV remote had no batteries on it, the toilet was plugged.. its was horrible I would never book a room any more there ..」

「I stayed one night and checked in very late, around 11:30PM. The following morning, the owner called to inform me my wallet was found in the parking lot. Not only was every single dollar still in the wallet, all of my cards were too. Ms. Bobbi kept my wallet safe until I was able to pick it up. The owners are truly good people who care about their guests. 15 out of 10. Would recommend. Oh and the hotel is immaculately clean with comfortable beds and cold AC. 15/10.」

「It’s the nicest hotel in Hondo. That said, it is in need of updating. The rooms and space can be dirty and the room had a musty smell, but you get used to it. They have a good hot breakfast in the mornings.」

「We arrived to the place around 9 pm and the office doors were locked. You have to ring the bell, she took forever and the place was so dark. When she finally got to the office the clerk was in such as very bad mood. Expedia said breakfast included, but when I asked about breakfast hours she said there's no breakfast.」
