「It was worst experience and not at all recommended」

「The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. 」

「Office was closed ,The ladie that was working the front desk had an attitude, like she was being bother by the customer getting yhe room she had dogs inside the office, the room was dirty, the furniture was real old , the sheets old and dirty, the TV remote had no batteries on it, the toilet was plugged.. its was horrible I would never book a room any more there ..」

「Property was not well maintained. Only one room in the suite had ac, good water pressure, but not for the shower. 1 mile from the gate for jbsa, convenient for basic training graduation. Denny's next door.」

「Reserved two rooms for three days. One room had a bathtub that did not drain at all, only one hand towel and body towel. Second room had a toilet that did not flush, only one towel. Staff was not helpful, location was in the opposite side of San Antonio from where it was advertised to be. Staff was not helpful. Had to contact Expedia to get the remsinder of our stay refunded. We ended up moving to another hotel, much closer to where we wanted to be. (In the actual area where this hotel claimed...

「The rooms were clean and the staff was nice It had air-conditioning. All those things were included, which was good. The only thing was the location. I’m not too crazy about the location. It was at death kept me on high alert, and the pool was empty during the visit.」
