"only issue I had was air conditioner was loud. Otherwise it was fine. bed was very comfortable."

"Dirty white sheets with stains"

"Staff very accommodating. Very close to Lackland Airforce Base"

"I needed a family suite & Pinn was able to provide this at a very reasonable price. Other places may have a suite but not at this price and space that my family would need. The place has no roach as told by other reviewers. The suite that we stayed may need some upgrades but we did not see any infestation. The front desk is helpful and pointed out the good places to eat. We really appreciated his opinion on foods and enjoyed it. We plan to come back to this place when our next one graduates."

"Great hotel. Clean, affordable and great staff. Will stay here anytime I’m near Pearsall. "

"Every part of this place was disgusting. Stay away from it at all cost."

"Nice place to stay in"

"The rooms were clean and the staff was nice It had air-conditioning. All those things were included, which was good. The only thing was the location. I’m not too crazy about the location. It was at death kept me on high alert, and the pool was empty during the visit."
