「All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana」

「I enjoyed the nice, clean, and quiet stay. Boerne is a beautiful destination. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was well lit and felt safe. It was across the street from Walgreens and near restaurants. I recommend staying here.」

「The cabin was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like are the 2 windows on top don’t have curtains to cover them up but other then that they were perfect. Don’t understand the “mandatory fee” for the rental.」

「Very nice , very clean property . Easy check in. 」

「Everything is good the only thing I didn't like, is the smoke alarm was beeping because needs batteries, we call at the front desk and they said that someone will fix the problem, nobody showed up. Also they charge for the parking space.」
