Good nights stay!!

Its not OYO its Garden Inn now check in fast finding room was easy Had problem reading wifi password but no big issue.Good selection of channels...big bathroom.. great nights sleep had a small kitchen with regular size fridge and for the price it can't be beat for Pearsall Tx I would stay their again if I have need to Its not a fancy hotel but it was a good nights stay!!

No hot water dirty towels dirty beds and a terrible experience with my family it wasn't embarrassing for me and my family the front office lady she was nice but the service and the rooms was terrible but did not had a choice because I was building my home in the area needed somewhere to stay the price is excellent it's just they need to do a better job with cleaning their sheets and having cleaned towels and better hot water I couldn't take a shower for 3 days when I was the coldest it wasn't pleasant at all

First off I booked n paid for a king size bed they had 4 rooms left after I got in the room there were 2 beds went to the front desk to let the manager or owner know that room wasn’t the room I paid for she gave me a card for a free night I took a shower and to my surprise no hot water went to the manger again she said oh we’re having water issues got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and what did I see a nasty baby roach and I the roach mother to the floor wasn’t vacuumed hair was in on the bathroom door and floor food was left in refrigerator I wouldn’t even suggest this hotel to a homeless person 👎👎👎👎

First, the name of the place is no longer oyo hotel but garden Inn and suites. Second, I had requested a king size bed and was put in a room with two queen beds. Also, one of the pillows was stain with a red mark on it.

Hice la reservación en este “hotel” cuando llegué no se encontraba nadie en reservación, cuando hablé a reservación me contestaron y decían que llegaban en 10mn a darme el cuarto cuando nunca llegaron, el lugar tenía muy mal aspecto todo oscuro. Quice hacer mi reclamo por incumplimiento por parte de ellos y fue rechazado. Pésimo lugar y en malas condiciones.

New management needs experience

New management so the info on hotels.com is now incorrect -no breakfast, no pets. Room wasn't cleaned, bathroom very dirty, floors filthy, no top sheets, no shower curtain, no tp, toilet was turned off. Management didn't seem to understand or care. We had lower expectations set based on the price but this was worse than we'd expected.

Staff at hotel was rude and the hotel was extremely dirty and unsanitary! The floors were dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes and i asked for a king size bedroom and they gave me a 2 queen bed room not what i asked for. Then i asked for a refund and they didnt give me a refund and threatened to call the cops on me! Never staying or going near that place again!!

This property is absolutely terrible I pre paid for this establishment and when I went to check in no one was there and I tried to call and no one answered I finally got ahold of a district office and no one would be there for 20 hrs later don’t know how that works when I pre paid so I tried to cancel since I needed a hotel and went down the street and they are refusing to refund be absolutely ridiculous

INFESTED, SMELLY AND DIRTY!

Completely disgusting! We had reserved the motel and when we got there there was no one to help, we kept ringing until we banged on the door so hard, finally after several minutes someone came to help. Then we got to the room and key didn't work. This happened twice. When we entered the room there was 2 bid spiders dead, one by the beds the other in the entrance. There was bugs in the lamp, and we found a cockroach on the wall. In the bathroom there was a huge spider alive. This place was a horrifying experience not only bugs but also an odor in the room. We have never experienced such an awful, dirty, smelly and infested place like this. This place should be closed until they do something about it. Whatever you do DO NOT stay in here, no matter what hotel you stay in NO ONE should experience the smell and the infestation of this place.

Rooms were filthy. Went to local store and purchased a small vacuum, towels, trash bags, toilet paper and disinfectant wipes to wipe down the rooms. Door did not lock.
