Great Weekend Beach House

Had a great time here with the family. A little minor problem but Andrew was quick to get it fixed and resolved. Very spacious home with plenty of beds and home sits walking distance to beach. Kids enjoyed the private pool. I’d definitely rent this condo again. Restaurants are nearby too so you don’t have to drive far either.

I did not like that the towels provided by the facility were dirty, luckily we carry are own, and some stuff where broken, like a bunk bed, microwave, and blind, and reported it promptly to the property owner.

Appliance not working,... swimming pool area dirty,.. toilets not working properly,...sinks clog hair... no bbq grill,rusty unsafe... underwear from recent people in the floor closet.... WORST experience ever ,and waste of our hard working money..... Pissed that I couldn't get a refund, to get what we paid for...

Sadly, this home was not clean. The pool was nasty green, and some bedsheets had stains, so we had to put a couple to wash. This home urgently needs attention.

The house itself was nice but I was disappointed by the maintenance on the property. The owner had restrictions that I had no problem following but to my surprise the master French door was knocked down and we had to repair it because no one came to fix it . There was rat feces in one of the kitchen drawers . He stated that he lacks cleaning personnel and it showed .

House was gorgeous but it did have some details, first one was all beds were on 2nd floor which the AC did not fully work till the 2nd day of our stay. Second issue was we had bought food to coke in grill but ended up being both grills were not in working shape. Freezer from fridge was also not working due to tech had to turn off being it was spilling water from condensation. All of these items were relayed to owner upon arrival.

We booked this place last minute. Thinking that we would have a relaxing two day vacation. This house was not that. We felt there were too many ristrictions. There was a washer and dryer on site. On the contract it was stated we could only use detergent that was on site. When we needed to wash there was no detergent so we were unable to do that. With two babies under two it is essential to have access to that. Overall, we didn't feel a good vibe of this place so we ended up leaving early from Casa Picasso. We went on a vacation to relax. Unfortunately we didn't feel like it was much of a vacation with all the ristrictions. Pretty disappointed. Not to mention the non ending stairs. We literally were unable to sleep. We kept hearing loud footsteps and weren't sure where they were coming from. We were a little scared so we decided to leave early. We really wish we had a better experience.
