「最初很滿意該酒店的環境和整潔….. 但令我感到意外的是…. 當我向reception counter要求支裝水（因為小朋友飲用，怕會水肚不服，而飲用支裝水應該比較安心點）…. Staff 竟然話我個package 唔包提供支裝水！一般酒店都基本上都會提供2支支裝水！很意外得知該酒店連提供基本的水都要視乎什麼package ! 這點已經令我對該酒店大大地打了折扣…真係有點失望！ 入住第一日我向朋友推薦….. 後來在第二天有了以的經歷，我即時通知朋友如果要book該酒店，要問清楚……否則不能提供基本的水時，一時之間真係好難喺附近買！」
