「Excellent facilities, breakfast and staff」

「It was everything we expected and more. Wonderful time in Romsey.」

「Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)」

「Good environment and nice room」

「Hotel was very close to the sea short distance to southampton cruise ships We enjoyed the food in the bar」

「Nice and comfortable excellent decor. However toiletries need improvement, body wash and shampoo combined and no body lotion」

「位置方便，近大型商場，多餐廳，有泊車位，但不多。附近有其他停車場，泊車容易。酒店整體清潔很好，設施維護良好。窗有點少。桌面很少。」

「We had a comfortable stay. It was very convenient for the cruise terminal being just a short walk away. The rooms are decorated beautifully. However, our room was starting to look a bit tired. The sink was cracked and the carpet was starting to look a bit worn. Excellent shower and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast in the morning, plenty of hot and cold items on offer.」

「Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.」
