「Was initially taken back by being placed in a windowless room but the hotel did a wonderful job of moving us to a room with a window/balcony upon our request. They were initially going to charge us for this request but after pointing out that the lack of windows was not advertised at the time of booking, they upgraded us for free which we really appreciated. My husband also forgot his headphones in the room and they were wonderful about helping to ship is back to the US. Overall, really...
