I absolutely loved my stay at the EK Hotel in Bogotá. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms were spotless and super comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better — amazing shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Honestly, it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far, and I’m definitely going back!

Wonderful stay! The staff was absolutely amazing—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. We were traveling with our 10-month-old baby, and they truly went the extra mile by arranging an early check-in and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I had an amazing stay at the EK Hotel in Bogotá. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome — everyone was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. My room was beautiful, super clean, and really comfortable. The hotel is also in one of the best areas of Bogotá, surrounded by great shops and restaurants all within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. Honestly, it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far, and I’m definitely going back for sure.

The staff were so friendly. Even with a slight language barrier since I don’t speak Spanish, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. 10/10 would stay again. And it’s right in the middle of the city. With a ton of food, shopping and nightlife options.

Location is unbeatable. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond for each guest. If there’s anything to improve I would suggest the lighting at the room is too dim, the bed is hard and I would be ok with it but the pillows are just too hard too tall.

The hotel is located in an amazing, safe neighborhood where you can comfortably walk around at night. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and great shopping malls nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I highly recommend staying here. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10.
