Breakfast and customer service were the best we have had in a while. We had a party of 25 and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs, always greeted us by name. The spa and the transportation were really good as well. The Unicentro mall is a street away and very convenient to walk to everyday. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Stay at Sonesta Hotel Bogotá! I had a fantastic experience at the Sonesta Hotel Bogotá. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable — with great attention to detail. The location is ideal, right across from a shopping center and close to great restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options every morning. I also appreciated how safe and quiet the area felt, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. Overall, an outstanding hotel that combines comfort, quality, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Bogotá!
