Find Hotel with a Concierge in San Andrés

Todo excelente y sobretodo el personal del hotel Gracias .

We had a great time here, the place is in a beautiful spot, a bit away from the busy center. Our room looked out right to the ocean, will miss waking up to this view. All staff were super friendly, welcoming and supportive to make our stay great. Breakfast freshly prepared every morning with good variety. Bones points for the cute cats and dogs always happy for a cuddle :)

Had a rocky start, but ended up loving the place. The best breakfast ive had in a lomg time. Altogether our family really enjoyed ourselves.

What an amazing resort... The staff is so nice and the food is the best I have had at an all inclusive Will be back in the future...

I only give this hotel 5 starts so that they put my review in the front page! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!! WENT HERE FOR MY NIECES SWEET 16 AND A FAMILY REUNION, EXTREMLY HORRIBLE, THE HOTEL LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES, IS OLD AND DIRTY, THE STUFF IN THE BUFFET AREA THEY ARE REALLY NICE BUT THE FOOD IS AVERAGE NOTHING SPECIAL, BREAKFAST IS THE SAME WVERY MORNING, THERE IS CONSTRUCTION EVERY WHERE YOU LOOK! IS FAR AWAY FROM THE BEACH, THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO MAKE ACCOMODATIONS FOR YOU OR MAKE...

Great spot ,close to everything. People were friendly amd rooms clean.

Amazing facility, it was the best choice I've done for vacations in the Caribbean. The hotel is close to the airport, just right in front the most beautiful beach and close to the shopping areas. The rooms are new, comfortable and impeccable, the food was fresh and delicious, has the most wonderful swimming pools, provides you nightly shows with life music and entertainment. The service and customer support was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel and come back whenever possible......

It was an incredible experience, the people we use to met were friendly, the food was very good and i enjoyed very much this travel.

Súper Easy to check in, we arrived earlier than check in time and no questions asked, the ladies at the front desk just checked us in, the hotel is clean and right on the beach.

It's a beautiful home on a landscaped property. I stayed in both apartments and both are really nice. The best part BY FAR, was the hospitality provided by Yury and Alfredo. They are some of the kindest people I have met in my entire life. They are excellent hosts and will give you 100% privacy or if you like you can have drinks with them at the seaside restaurant, Booby Rock. 10 stars if that were available.
