Rooms are not well maintenance. Toilet does not work appropriately. It is not safe to use water to brush the teeth, hotel should provide a least bottles of water to brush the teeth. Looks like poor maintenance of the rooms. People who work in the hotel are very friendly and always have a great smile.

First of all.. ALL the staff was wonderful... and the views from the rooms were amazing. NED TO IMPROVE SECTION: from the outside the hotel looks great, but the rooms are poorly maintained. once again, nothing related to the staff, but to management not investing into the structure and let it rundown to the the stream. As an example: every time we washed our hands, in our BR, our feet got wet. It rained few times and every time the water came into the room throughout the bottom of the door that it is rotten. The night that rained the most, we got a roof leak directly into the bed. I cannot described the sewer smell, not just in our rooms ( family members), but in some common areas close to the main pool. Very STRONG sewer smell.. In terms of the food and drinks services, it was descent, however, management should invest in better ways to keep the food clean and safe... there were many flies on top of the fruits/food... have enough personnel that can keep an eye on the food that is in the buffet.. The island does not have the Health infrastructure to support a wide range of stomach bugs related visit. If you put all this aside and are not bother by paying close to $370 per night, the views from the blue rooms is amazing.

No complaints about property. It is an older resort but nothing wrong with it. The staff are what made our trip so memorable. Dining room staff, lobby staff, beach staff, bartenders, housekeeping, were all so friendly and helpful. We don't speak Spanish but staff did their best to speak with us and all our needs were met.

I like the hotel very much the only thing is they need Wi-Fi in the rooms. They only have Wi-Fi in the reception this is a problem. But I like the grounds and the staff was amazing !!! The food was excellent!!! Get Wi-Fi in rooms it would be perfect

Los.servicios de limpieza son extremadamente pésimos, en cinco dias limpiaron una.sola vez, perdón... cambiaron toallas pq limpiar, eso no se hizo nunca, un hotel caro y la limpieza pesa y de la comida ni hablar, mas mala en todo sentido, sin embargo el personal es amable y agradable, excepto la señora de las bebidas de la playa, siempre.con mal caracter y mala gana.

service aux chambres terrible. bouteilles d'eau non-incluses, la femme de chambre ne laissait pas de serviettes malgré ma demande à chaque jour. pas de savon malgré ma demande. service aux tables inexistant, j'aime avoir une coupe de vin rouge aux repas et c'etait une mission presque impossible se faire servire. je devais demandé 2 à 4 fois en allant au comptoir et je le recevais 20min plus tars si je le recevais car parfois je ne recevais pas. franchement cela pourrait être un bel hotel, mais le service est terrible
