「The best hotel in Santa Marta, Colombia! The AC is great and there is super hot water in the sink and shower! I love this place! The staff and security are very nice and helpful! 」

There is a lot of improvement to be done with the quality of the food. The restaurants served for dinner what it felt like pre-plated food that was not fresh at all. 「I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!」

「All staff is friendly, rrady to snswer any questions or request you have. Beach área is kept cleaning and you get service there. Pools are climatized in the evening, which is good.」

The bathrooms need refurbishment… they are outdated. Some of the furniture in my room is broken and my tv didn’t turn on. Also I wasn’t able to find a convenience store that sold basic snacks to bring to the room. I did enjoy my time there but these little changes would have made it excellent. 」
