「Having never stayed at this Hotel group before, I had high expectations based on reviews. Unfortunately the hotel failed to deliver. While its location is excellent, and it was exceptionally clean, this is an old property in need of a refurb. Rooms, especially the bathroom are dated, with the sink in the main bedroom. The breakfast area is the real let-down. While the food is adequate the eating area is far too small. As well as very difficult to get a table the space between tables was very...

「No Breakfast at all, just coffee, tea, and a small granolla bar. a toaster without any bread.and microwave in the breakfst area (THATS ALL) no plates ,no eating untensils. Everyone that entered that area was taken aback that there was no food at all. When I stopped around 4pm. the manager and dest person were arguing so bad that doors were slamming several times. and the F-word was used loudly as was swearing.(Jesus Christ! was said loudly as door was slammed by a ft desk employee)」
