「the location was very beautiful with great food. The staff were always on hand and were quick to provide great service when needed. The land itself is a bit difficult to walk around because of so many hills(even going from the rooms to the pools is a hill) but there are several golf carts to help carry people around when required. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from a wonderful cove with a small reef and kayaking. A great vacation overall」

The pool was out of service, which was one of the main amenities we were looking forward to using. The TV in the room did not work, the internet connection was unreliable and extremely slow, and the room safe repeatedly got stuck, making it frustrating to use. 「The hotel is beautiful. Located at the edge of the rainforest near next to the Manuel Antonio park. You wake up to howling monkey calls and the sounds of nature. Everyone on staff was extremely polite and helpful. Their hot breakfast buffet is amazing. I highly recommend it. 」
