「Property was very nice although the walking up and down the hills within the property was difficult and felt dangerous especially on the rolling surface installed. Service was great although there was a tendency to gouge for trivial services (ie salt and lime on a beer glass was an upcharge, Evian bottles of water $9 each). Bartending, waiters and golf cart drivers were definitely the saving grace. Our room A/C system was marginal. 」

「Beautiful hotel. Beautiful views. We were in a corner room that slept 5 and it was huge! The pool is small but it had a swim up bar which was nice. It's a steep walk to a beach. The beaches in the park are a lot nicer in my opinion. I would stay here again. 」

「We really enjoyed the stay. The only thing I would like to mention that even when the breakfast says “continental”, the proteins were charged. Somehow I didn’t expect that. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Location is excellent with a super market across the street. Lot of restaurants around. 」

「Dear Owner, I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the way the restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations were being handled during my visit. It was completely unacceptable to see that these areas appeared to be managed by essentially one person while more than 30 guests arrived for dinner service. An operation like that reflects a troubling lack of empathy, not only toward the customers, who are left waiting and underserved, but even more so toward the employees, who are clearly...
