「Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Impressed by the hot breakfast, great variety. The breakfast restaurant has a great view of the ocean and rainforest by the beach. Very cozily decked up for the holidays! The guest service staff were very helpful. They helped us with day tours booking for various activities. Comfortable and luxurious stay. I highly recommend this place. 」

「A superb hotel nestled in the heart of the jungle. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until our departure. The food rivaled that of high-end gourmet restaurants. From the pool, we spotted red parrots, iguanas, frogs, and much more. I would return here without hesitation.」

「Darlene “Dar” was #1 at check in and on check out. She keeps the hotel rolling!! At breakfast we chose a different 1-4 options each morning to see the difference. Each one was great, if I had to choose I’d select the pancakes with scrambled eggs. Room was always clean each day when we returned from our daily venture. Dont miss the happy hr by the pool in the garden from 4-6. 」

「The rooms were cleaned regularly and spotless and the staff friendly, but what really stood out was the abundant nature. I saw more wildlife here than on all of the nature tours I went on put together. I saw 3 different types of monkey, iguanas and lots of birds including the striking fiery-billed toucan. 」

「We reserved 2 rooms for 4 adults, however they only had one room kept for us when we arrived. The front desk told me they will refund me one of the room payment. I didnot got it 2 weeks later until now.」

It’s conveniently located near restaurants but still feels peaceful and immersed in nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very nice, and the breakfast was super delicious. Everything was excellent — we would happily come back. Shoutout to Maday for making our stay a 5 star one.」
