「The property was very nicely decorated. Breakfast was acceptable. Our room was very nice and spacious. However, the toliet in our bathroom made a very loud noise every few minutes. We would have informed the front desk of the noise but after a very long train ride it was late when we arrived and we were having to leave very early the next morning. 「Front desk gentleman is very friendly 」

「This is a very new hotel, and it showed in some small ways. It is a beautiful property with helpful, attentive, and friendly staff, but there were some amenities missing. No conditioner, no microwave, no iron, no closet. There weren't extra sheets/ pillows for the pull-out couch (although they were delivered promptly when requested). The "complimentary pastries and coffee in the lobby" mentioned on the website are only available on Mondays, which was a dissapointing surprise upon arriving....
