「Excellent location for our event and beautiful hotel! Will stay here again!」

「The ac unit was on the balcony side of the unit! Could not enjoy the quietness of the lake with turning off the ac which meant the room warmed up (hot)!」

「This hotel has excellent customer attention. My room was spacious and extraordinarily clean.」

「We LOVE The Virginian. The staff and rooms are great. It is also in the perfect location for downtown Lynchburg.」

「The room was ok but it had someone's sticker on the bathroom door jam, some of the ceiling tiles were not laying flat (that's kinda creepy) the pool was not usable it was so green that you could not see the bottom, It needed to be covered. Short staffed i guess so our room was not ready at check in time.」

「This hotel was beautiful on the inside and the outside. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was fabulous. We enjoyed everything about my room. My family thoroughly enjoyed it!」

「It was overall a nice place to stay. It was right next to the highway and was loud all night. I know that’s beyond the control of the staff. But was a bit distracting.」

「Carpets in the hallway were stained. Outdoor pool was empty and filled with dirty rain water. It looked disgusting. Maybe cover it for the winter. The “gym” was dark with only two working lights and terrible equipment. The were a pair of dirty socks from the previous guest on the desk chair in the room No maid service to make up the room or bring fresh towels. Something they really should disclose at check in. One vending machine for snacks or drink. At best this is a one star hotel.」

「Very nice room and excellent place to stay…Will be back !!」

「Very quiet, clean and very respectful people thanks for the stay」

「Was on the 3rd floor. The room above was so loud, it sounded like a heard of cattle, people banging and jumping. Called the desk and. No answer. This went on until almost 1am. Will not stay here again.」
