「Staff was very good. The breakfast and bar service was above average. However, for 5 of my 7 day face cloth and beach towels which were supposed to be in the room was non existant. On my fifth day my A/C was dripping water and pots had to be strategically placed so water did not fall on the floor. A technician did come in to fix it and he was somewhat successful. 「We had an enjoyable time in Barbados and sort of mixed views on the hotel. The positives are that the staff are quite friendly, the rooms are very comfortable with solid AC and a nice shower, the hotel is clean and has a nice pool. 「The room was very spacious, it overlooked the beach, with a large patio. There is beach access, the beach is the hotels backyard. The kitchen had a large fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. Plates and silverware was available, however; the utensils were not that clean. No complimentary teas, coffee, nor shampoos was available. Beach towels were provided and you had to pay for beach chairs. The staff was great and very helpful. The front desk was amazing from checkin to checkout.」

「I book 4 nights, but I left after 1 night. I didn't sleep at all because people were being noisy just outside my window, playing loud music, shouting etc. Traveling alone I didn't want to go out in the middle of the night to ask them to be quiet when I didn't know the area! I didn't get any money back! 」
