The hotel has excellent access to the beach, great staff and close access to amenities. This outweighs the need for the hotel to ne modernised.

The property is in an ideal location for the beach. The food is good. The property needs updated. I have stayed there several times and i am willing to trade the need for updating for the location.

Property was clean and most of the staff was nice and friendly. The food at the restaurant was tasty and not too expensive compared to other restaurants. The hotel has beach access and a pool which was why I chose this specific hotel.

I want to give high praise to the incredible team at the Radisson Aquatica Resort. Every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally sweet, welcoming, and helpful from the attentive front desk team and security personnel to the hardworking breakfast crew and the friendly bartender. Their hospitality truly made our stay pleasant. Unfortunately, the physical property requires significant maintenance and upkeep. The exterior fountain is overgrown with moss, and the building facade is in clear need of a fresh coat of paint. Inside, the property lacks a clean, inviting aroma; installing automated air fresheners in the hallway, elevators, and guest rooms would make a huge difference. Additionally, the floor tiles in the rooms appear discolored (adding decorative area rugs or mats could improve the aesthetic), and the in-room coffee makers were not properly cleaned. With some dedicated facility maintenance, deep cleaning, and aesthetic updates, this resort could easily reflect the five-star service provided by its team.

The staff and housekeeping personnel were very tentative, but the hotel itself is very dated..this hotel needs to be updated to the 21st century, in this day and age small things like more outlets in the rooms, not extension cords, more USB access in this technology age is a must, shower grout still sporting mildew, that is hard for housekeeping to clean, shower pressure. I could go on, but you get the idea...overall, management needs to focus on keeping vacationers coming to this hotel..reason for the 2 stars

Terrible restaurant service. Food is bad, service is worse if they actually get to notice you. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms are old and need an upgrade. Pool side is small. The beach is nice here.
