However, my latest experience has raised several issues that I believe need to be addressed.Upon arrival at the Radisson Aquatica Barbados Hotel on 4/9/2023, I noticed a significant difference between the advertised images and the actual condition of the hotel as well as the “Ocean Front Room” that I booked. The was not consistent with the clean and well-maintained spaces shown online. Instead, the accommodation was completely rundown, with rusted materials and non-functional amenities such as the refrigerator and air conditioning. Firstly, the state of the room was concerning. The walls and fixtures had rust, and the paint was peeling in various parts of the bathroom door and other areas, which was documented on video and camera. This condition raised questions about the overall cleanliness and safety of the environment.
Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was not functioning correctly. As someone who needs to store food and beverages during my stay, this was a considerable inconvenience. Despite attempts to adjust the settings, the refrigerator remained unusable.
Secondly, In addition, the water was shut off on 4/13 from 1pm-6pm for guest and it also took 4-5 hours daily for clean towels. Truly Not The Best!
