「The grounds were beautiful with very colorful plants and flowers. The staff were welcoming. The view from our balcony was awesome! Our room was clean. When we checked in, our safe needed a battery and someone came up immediately to fix it. The hotel was in a great location. I would definitely stay here again.」

Only one issue we had "No Hot water" most of our visit due to the solar heating of water it had been overcast little sun. We were told they turned on heater but still cold. It has extensive grounds where you can walk, sit, and observe monkeys, turtles, pet dogs, and nature. It is very peaceful and a great value. 「Location is perfect if you don’t have a car rental. We like the access to the ocean for a quick swim. Staff is friendly and room is clean. Unfortunately not enough loungers or sun umbrellas. We had very poor water pressure in the shower. We did enjoy our stay and will return next year. 」

Just an immediate escort to the room where we could file credit card information when it was convenient for us. Everything about the stay was excellent. I really wouldn’t suggest anything further.
