The staff wasn’t welcoming at all. I felt like I was bothering them everytime I asked a question or for a simple request it felt like boarder line begging. Most of them had attitudes, and were very stand off. There was no convince store in or around the resort. I got really sick and I had to ask someone to go off the resort to get me some over the counter medicine and feminine products. The drainage system in the bathroom is not ideal at all. I understand we were on an island, but every single time I took a shower (even less than 10mins) , the whole entire bathroom would flood and take the full day to fully drain out. I would have to stand in dirty shower water to finish getting ready in the bathroom. There is also beach access advertised but there was no beach. I would describe it more like a man made cove. There was no space to spread out on the sand, and your practically on top of other guests. So close that there is no privacy for relaxation as you can hear everyone’s conversation even if it is at a reasonable tone. It was also impossible to even just get your feet wet as the shore was a distance from the sand/leisure area.
The one thing that was nice about the resort was how spacious it is. Lots of open space and privacy. Great food too.
