However, I was disappointed by the overall operational processes, which felt far inferior to other properties in the Indigo brand. 「Loved it, very peaceful. Everything quieted down after 10:30 which was great. Wild monkeys right onsite that didn’t bother us at all but we could watch. Always beach chairs available and staff ready to spring up an umbrella or bring a fresh beverage. Only downfall was limited restaurants onsite included with stay. And those that were was limited on visits or you’d have to pay. At least the buffet that was included was good and always different meals. Would come again.」

「The hotel is well-maintained but terribly boring. At 10 p.m., everything shuts down and everyone goes to bed. The beach is also very small and there's algae on the beach. It certainly depends on the season you visit, but May was bad. The food is okay, but the service is a bit lazy. I definitely won't be back.」

「The drinks were so good that I never made it for breakfast. Lol! The lunch and dinner were good though. This resort is for more of an older crowd, and everyone there besides me was retired. I enjoyed my stay there, the staff is friendly and helpful, the bartender Trey is hilarious and entertaining, and the manager is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. 」
