「Hilton Barbados was a clean and standard hotel. It does need some upgrades however it was clean and had amenities such as gym, pool, bar and restaurants. The staff were very nice and helpful.」

「Resort was clean, room was spacious although we had pool side view the stairs to our space for the pool was broken, staff was friendly, no activities or much entertainment, food was mediocre, found myself going to a coffee place 1 min walk away and going to other restaurants off property to enjoy the food, only chopstix was worth it for dinner. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t have paid more for the all inclusive and would’ve just paid standard price.」

「Beautiful hotel. Our room was right by the pool. Very nice. Staff was not helpful at all. They couldn’t check us in when we arrived because WiFi was down. Staff gave no instructions on anything. They handed us a paper with meal times. No assistance with anything. We had never traveled to Barbados and thought perhaps the check in staff would help us navigate to some excursions. They also weren’t friendly. Never smiled. Just a smile back would have been something and made us feel more comfortable....

「Location Staff did not show how to operate the TV, the AC, the shower head, nor the rusty looking stove. The store was very old. I was afraid to touch the stove. There were no disposable cups in the bathroom, for oral care. There was no complimentary 6 once bottles of water, no box of tissue, no paper towel, or cloth kitchen towel. The lock on the door appeared weak. There was floss treader on the bed. I did not use any. There an uneven step at the top of the first flight of the stairs...
