The cleanliness and work by staff was outstanding. The Pool and premises were very beautiful. The nearness to the beach and good shopping is excellent. The things to be improved are the Internet. It was working well for two weeks and after the hotel was under new ownership it cut in and out. The Fridge leaked water. A promise to repair was not carried out in 3 weeks. The room safe was broken. The promise of replacement was not carried out. When using the phone to contact reception the 100 number given did not work. Luncheon on a Sunday with three people and after ordering took 1 hr 30 minutes to receive food. It is a lovely Hotel and I hope they can remedy the things mentioned.

The kitchen needed a more bigger pot. Other than that it was well equipped. The bar was fairly equipped with everything, but need to be open later hours. The beach was short walking distance. The pool was clean and relaxing!

A "get what you paid for" situation. The outdoor restaurant doesn't have the food on the menu...said the hotel has been sold so they aren't stocking food (but the one waiter/cook was VERY nice...not their fault.) Air conditioning was subpar in room and did not reach the bathroom, so it was like a sauna. Doors rattle from wind blowing. Very bright router blue light blinks & lights up room all night. Good mattress, good housekeeping, excellent desk staff were nice and helpful at all times. Cannot say enough about how friendly they were. The new owners should update the entire hotel and keep all of the staff.
