"Overall really good experience! The beach was great- no seaweed (other than very little dried up seaweed waiting to be cleaned up). Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Staff was extremely friendly. The spa was awesome! Great service and would highly recommend. Rooms were clean and A/C was nice and cool.
A couple areas for improvement- how can a resort run out of beach towels in the afternoon on the off season? Mind you they are very strict with limiting one towel per guest. Also it was not made clear that guests are allowed one sit down restaurant for every three nights on the resort. After a bit of back-and-forth with the front desk, the fee was waited for the second restaurant. With only two sit down restaurants this is ridiculous. The front desk told me well you should’ve booked our website and it would’ve been me clear. I looked at their website. It was not clear either. It was only in the FAQ page."
