「The property itself is nice, with beautiful beaches and warm, clear water. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Check-in took over 30 minutes, and I had to deal with around 4 different employees for a simple process. The resort feels poorly organized, especially when it comes to dining. You have to be assigned specific times for meals and wait for a host to seat you, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. The hosts were often unavailable or more focused on resetting tables...

Our “Luxury Ocean Front Suite” was dated, worn, and did not resemble the resort’s promotional images or the five-star luxury experience advertised.
