「The visit was great. The hotel was clean and almost perfect. However, it was missing the basic paper towel, water and tea items for at least the first day.」

「Resort was excellent. However my room air condition was not working properly. It was very hott. I complained 2 times and there was no resolve. They sent someone to check it but it still did not blow cold. Otherwise the resort food and other ammenities was very good.」
