This is a very well maintained resort with a fantastic staff. We stayed 4 nights and if we’d stayed longer would probably have needed to do some excursions and explore more outside dining options as the resort is on the small side, but our experience was first class and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

staff was amazing , they went out thier way to make a personal and not only know your name and room number but also your favors such as drinks snacks and more. breakfast lunch dinners at buffet was also good and varies in food options. rooms are clean and fresh. pool area and beach area and lounging area also clean . it was my daughter and my birthday and the simple things done such as a little cake checking up on us and just saying happy birthday was so special and appreciated when they went out the way without being told. staff kept checking up on us and all guest. such beautiful people such a beautiful place. this way my first time there but will not be my last time. love it so much didn't want to leave .

We had an amazing vacation at Sugar Bay. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and caring, the beach is perfect (protected by a cove and a nice size) and the food choices were very fresh, varied and delicious. Our room was super bright and clean and expansive. Everything we needed for the perfect holiday was right there. Did I mention the swim up bar with strong cocktails and the snorkeling in the front of the hotel? We will definitely return.

Great service by everyone! Was given a 3rd floor room on check in without elevator access. Immediately told front desk couldn’t do the stairs. Found a first floor room right away for us! Everyone was accommodating. Our third trip to Barbados. Will book Sugar Bay again!

We had a fabulous trip to Sugar Bay, staying for 8 nights. The weather was lovely with a breeze and some showers to help cool. The staff and service were fantastic, so friendly and attentive in every part of the hotel. I enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks and especially using the swim up bar. The food choices were varied and always cooked and presented well. We loved the Sizzles restaurant that we visited twice during our stay. We both said we would happily return 😎

Food area small however staff was very friendly! Beach was nice. Using the swim sports was good. I got to use the paddleboat, life jacket and snorkel. The food near the beach is always good. Umi was also good. Food in the buffet were a hit or miss. Food was okay at best nothing amazing. Staff was very friendly. This is a more quiet and intimate resort. No activities planned during the day unlike other all inclusive resorts. not much entertainment. If you want a nice relaxing week at the beach this is the resort for it.

My wife and I just returned from our stay celebrating our 30th anniversary! Our stay was absolutely incredible from start to finish! We were absolutely blown away by the staff who were some of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. They were warm, welcoming, and always went out of their way to ensure we felt at home. Their smiles and genuine kindness made the experience truly unforgettable. The food was fantastic as every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. Our accommodations were well maintained and the oceanfront view was absolutely breathtaking! We also cannot say enough about the beach which was just stunning! Soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and plenty of space to relax—it was pure paradise. Whether lounging under the palm trees or taking a dip in the calm waves, it was the perfect place to unwind and soak up the beauty of Barbados. We can’t recommend Sugar Bay Barbados enough! If you’re looking for amazing service, great food, and an unbeatable beach, this is the place to be. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! TT
