「My husband and I rented the suite which has access to the rooftop as the balcony. It was very peaceful and spacious. We also enjoyed the pool and lounge area and had an amazing couple of days watching the World Cup at the bar lounge area with other guests. Such a great location to stores, restaurants and the beach. We will definitely be back.」

「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」

「The property has a very calming aesthetic; however, the property could be updated for an even more luxurious feel. The staff was extremely accommodating and responsive to my needs throughout my stay.」

「First off it’s a small place but that doesn’t take away anything. Its gorgeous!!!! Staff is beyond helpful. It has an amazing restaurant up top and is close to a lot of things. You will not be disappointed if you book this. We just celebrated our honeymoon there and already planning out next trip back.」

「We had a wonderful stay overall at the crane. The grounds are mature and lush, the staff is friendly and helpful, the varied dining options were great, the pools and activities were great fun. We loved the village feel and the room we stayed in was beautiful and well equipped. The only points for improvement would be 1) it was tough to get a great coffee (both in room and at the various restaurants), and 2) there needs to be more amenities for teens. 「The Owner was not very pleasant and polite. She needs to learn humility and be more hospitable. The room need to smell more fresh, floor needed sweeping because hair and dust was on it. Why did I pay $90 US just to sleep 4 hours until my flight was ready, just to feel like I am begging her to stay or like I am bothering her? Place is okay but she needs to learn proper customer service.」

「The staff were great. I was disappointed in that I booked Ocean View with 2 Queen size beds. They placed us in 1 King size bed which was stated we booked 2 Queen size beds. It was unacceptable in that we waited for an unnecessary amount of time.」
