「Staff was excellent. Location is great. 」

「Loved it, very peaceful. Everything quieted down after 10:30 which was great. Wild monkeys right onsite that didn’t bother us at all but we could watch. Always beach chairs available and staff ready to spring up an umbrella or bring a fresh beverage. Only downfall was limited restaurants onsite included with stay. And those that were was limited on visits or you’d have to pay. At least the buffet that was included was good and always different meals. Would come again.」

However, I was disappointed by the overall operational processes, which felt far inferior to other properties in the Indigo brand. 「The hotel was a underwhelming. No AC in the lobby or dining room, made it uncomfortable during meals. Food selection was terrible. Everything was deep fried from breakfast to dinners and everything in-between. Most of the staff in the dining room were too busy socializing with each other than to pay any attention to the guests walking in and some staff seemed bothered when you requested something of them. A better job should be done training staff to be more customer centric.」
