「Perfect location, very convenient to get transportation. The staff were amazing especially in the vintage cafe and front desk. The room was nice and spacious, nicely decorated. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit. The music around the property was very pleasant. The staff on the 6th floor were excellent and attentive.」

「An Unforgettable 30th Anniversary Getaway! We recently celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary at the Savannah Beach Club, and our stay was nothing short of awesome. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our milestone celebration special. We were touched to find our room beautifully decorated for the occasion, complete with a complimentary bottle of champagne to kick off our stay! The food and drinks were of a high standard—every meal was delicious, and the...

「Staff was helpful and the property was good.」

「Love the Hilton in Barbados and have stayed there a few times but this time there was construction going on which was loud and woke us up every morning and the workout facilities were closed down for renovations. This was extremely disappointing. The staff are outstanding but the room cleaning service seemed to be short handed and our room was still not cleaned at 4:00 in the afternoon which was inconvenient as we would go back to the room to get ready for dinner and the room was not cleaned and...

「The rooms and property were very clean. The food was average. Staff was very friendly.」

「The Staff are great,Frenchie(not her real name, she knows who she is)who is from Trinidad was simply amazing, so was the front desk lady who was working with Frenchie. We were given an upgrade and I am unable to imagine what a regular room looks like. The shower was disgusting, mold everywhere, also the shower had sand on the floor, we stood on towel as there wasn't any refund for our stay. Thank god it was only 2 nights. NEVER AGAIN.」

「The room were very nice clean updated and well maintained」

「Excellent services.」

「The room was clean & tidy. There was plenty of shampoos/conditioners/body lotions & soap. Bed was super comfortable & air conditioning worked well. The staff were friendly, helpful & professional, they always were nicely dressed. Breakfast had good choices in the buffet, everything is labeled to find what you’re looking for. You can order eggs done how you like them but they don’t always mention that. Dinners (all inclusive) were very good, at least 3 choices for your main, chef’s soup/salad &...

「it was a 10/10 experience! would come back」

「⭐️⭐️ 2/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. I booked The Sands Barbados expecting a 4-star experience, but based on my stay, I would rate it closer to 2 stars. Two days before arrival, I called to advise that I would be checking in early. I was told my room would not be ready but that I could use the restaurant and bar while waiting. On arrival, I was told I could not access the restaurant or facilities until officially...
