We had a lovely stay at waves. The views are great the beach is small but we were always able to find a chair. The staff was incredible. The food was very good I was a bit worried about only having a few restaurants but the menu changed daily at Seascape.

The rooms are ocean view which is beautiful. They are also spacious. It is located in a quieter part of the island, so if you are looking for nightlife and action, this is not the location. What a stay. Although my visit began with a couple of small hiccups…a floor that hadn’t been fully swept and a small puddle from a dripping AC…both issues were quickly resolved. After years of traveling and staying in countless hotels, I’ve learned that little imperfections happen everywhere. What truly set this place apart was the genuinely warm staff. Zoe at the front desk and Sharnisa in the restaurants were exceptional…warm, intuitive, and attentive. Ache and Michael carried that same spirit, and Davon went above and beyond to arrange an early-morning driver for me. The housekeeping team worked with such care that the rooms felt magically refreshed each day. The beach experience was beautifully maintained, with water activities readily available and encouraged. On my final day, I joined a fantastic Pilates class with Carri….an absolute gem. There is a calm, peaceful energy that seems to settle over this hotel and its guests. I returned to the bustle of NYC feeling restored and deeply grateful to the entire Waves family. Until next year.

This property on the face value because of its cleanliness, great maintenance would qualify as a 4 star all inclusive resort. But being an avid traveler with a YouTube travel “Sonny’s travel adventure “ I know for sure that this hotel does not meet up to the standards of a 4 star all inclusive. For one the breakfast and lunch food choices are repetitive who plans this menus should be fired. As to customer service the staff are very nice people but need proper customer service training to bring them up to a 4 or 5 star rating as they do have the potential. Though advertised as having one they do not have a hot tub( there is a tub but it’s an extension of the pool on the adult side) The property does a great job of utilizing its limited parking. It is very safe with great security. The manager Stephon was very helpful and accommodating. The location is great as you can get to most part of the island. The beach at the hotel is disappointing but there are so many great beaches close by that you really don’t need it. Overall though great accommodation but the food choices were limited and I paid too much for it compared to other all inclusive in DR, Jamaica, Costa Rica, etc

The meals were excellent. Very clean resort and spa. Staff were friendly, responsive and super helpful organizing things. We had a room with king size and sofa beds overlooking the pool which were a good size. 2 pools with the larger pool reserved for adults only. Great place for couples and families with slightly older children.
